Maple BBQ Chicken


4 Skinless Chicken Thighs

3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup

3 Tablespoons Chili Sauce

2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar

1 Tablespoon Canola Oil

3 Teaspoon Country Dijon Mustard

1 Cup Wood Chips



Combine maple syrup, chili sauce, apple cider vinegar and country dijon mustard together in saucepan. Let simmer for 5 minutes. Brush chicken with the oil and season with salt and pepper. Add prepared wood chips to your grill fire. Place chicken on grill and cook for 10-15 minutes or until fork tender. Turn once and brush generaously with sauce in the last 5 minutes before tehy are done.
